There will be a welcome reception on Thursday 9/23 from 6:30 to 9:30 at the Marriott Metro Center Hotel

Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Friday and Saturday for the conference and you will be invited to the Gala dinner at the Hay-Adam Hotel on Saturday, 9/25.

Participants will be responsible for their own travel and hotel costs, but you may book a room at the Marriott Metro Center for the negotiated conference rate until 8/21/21 using this link: Hotel.link

Rooms available on first come, first served basis. Please mention The Family Process Institute conference when registering to obtain this rate.

COVID19 Conference Considerations

The well-being of conference attendees is of utmost importance to the Family Process Institute. To ensure the health and safety of our guests FPI will be capping the number of attendees to the first 80 persons to register. FPI strongly suggests that all participants be vaccinated, and masking and social distancing protocols will be in place. In addition, the following COVID19 considerations have been made:

  • Each ballroom used for the conference is well-ventilated and has a max capacity of over 300 persons, allowing ample room for 80 people to maintain social distancing at approximately 25% capacity.
  • FPI has reserved the entire Top of the Hay restaurant for the Gala Dinner on Saturday. The restaurant’s capacity is also 340 persons.
    • In addition, the restaurant has floor to ceiling French doors leading onto a wrap-around terrace which will allow for plenty of fresh ventilation.
  • All conference meals will be individually boxed by the hotel and there will be no buffet-style dining at any time.
